I play until today everywhere pain.
I dunno why my left hand also pain,
when i use my right hand.
my shoulders also pain.
My butt also pain when i stretch.

This shows that i need to exercise more haha.

then the nice auntie ask me if want to play with her.

Never thought i would be playing against the uncle with auntie.
Alamak Uncle was sooo good.
His smack soo powerful, and accurate.
Everytime aim directly at the body,
then very hard to hit back to him.
I think he spared me,
Cause auntie got the killer moves from uncle.
Uncle damn skilled,
He hit the shuttlecock then it fly just above the net by like 5cm only.
I want learn badminton form him!!!
